The Great Ocean Road is one of Australia's great tourist drives. Grey River is a tiny settlement positioned between Lorne & Apollo Bay, just perfect for visiting either colour #file_links[D:\keywords1.txt,1,S] ful holiday location. Grey River also hosts one of Victoria's largest koala populations, so, relax on our deck, cheap uggs, watch the sea roll in and take a good look at the koalas as they sway in your treetops. A short stroll, wine glass or book in hand, takes you onto stunning, clean beaches and rocky outcrops. Fish, swim, walk or just dream, you will probably have the place to yourself. We even spotted a koala during a bush walk. We look forward to staying again in the future. We loved Sea Oaks from the moment we entered the house. Everything about it was pleasing, cheap uggs, the decor, the views, the well-appointed kitchen. We enjoyed not having mobile phone reception and never even had a need to turn on the TV, such was our surroundings to enjoy. Having our own private beach right across the street was such a bonus. The secluded location suited us and we enjoyed being close to both Lorne and Apollo Bay as well. Lyn was a pleasure to deal with and we want to return soon! Excellent spot, away from the crowds, even the beach is quiet. Comfortable house, great views Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home! Ditto to all of the fabulous feedback previously posted!! An absolutely stunning part of the world (my first ever Koala's in the 'wild'!), plus such an extremely comfortable and spacious house. We are so appreciative that we were able to share this holiday week with our (18 year old!) cattledog, very special indeed. Who would have thought you could find such a gorgeous house, and beach/coastline etc - so private and exclusive on one of the busiest weeks of the year (xmas!), yet the beach right at your doorstep is practically all to yourself (we saw one other couple one day and thought it was crowded, cheap ugg, hehe!)...incredible!! As said before, the web really doesn't give true insight into the beauty and privacy you will experience, there are actually 3 different amazing decks around the house you can choose to sit on, all very private and with beautiful sea views, plus even on a 32 upwards degree day you didn't even need the aircon inside, so well designed - really can't say enough good things- we loved Sea Oaks, and will be back!! Thanks again! Sea Oaks is a beautyfull place, we were impressed with the kitchen utensils and the fully stocked pantry with all the herbs and spices a gourmet cook would be deleighted with.the place is spacious and excelent to have your pets with you, we have twu pugs, Winston & Lily they both enjoyed the stay and the beach which we had all to ourselfs. I would have liked a more up to date TV, without having to have a Set Top Box.There is only a phone for local calls but Lyn heped us out with that. No Mobile Phone Reception.Overal a great place to relax and recharge yourself. We certanly will be back.Egon & MaureenMillgrove Sea Oaks is a beautifully presented home in a great location with fabulous views. Everything that you would want to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable is provided for you. An added bonus is that it is pet friendly, pet safe and from the condition of the property it is clear that pet owners are very respectful of the property and cherish the privilege of being able to take your pet along. I would highly recommend this property for your next break or holiday. We will be back, many thanks. Exceeded expectations. A beautiful spot, views are great, A Koala visited us in the driveway, and the house itself was way bigger than expected, very roomy and comfy indeed. our weekend away at sea oaks was great, didnt want to leave - either did our dog ! We enjoyed the fact we could take our loved family pet with us to enjoy a mini break. Nice location, house clean & well equiped. thanks lynn & bruce, we hope to return again. Had a great couple of days at Sea Oaks. A lovely spacious house in a great secluded setting with a fantastic view. All went very quickly but we definitely plan to make another visit soon. If you want to sample the area and stay in a quiet location this is perfect as it lies between Lorne and Apollo Bay. Thank You Lyn & Bruce, we had a great stay...once again. The house has such a lovely feel about it, great views. Spent time out on the decking enjoying the birds, walked along the beach and up the back. I will certainly be back to enjoy it all again no matter what time of the year. We loved Sea Oaks. Such a relaxing place, cosy and comfortable and gorgeous views. Wonderful to take my little dog, he loved it too. Great beach walks and bushland walks behind the property. Especially loved snuggling up on the big couch. Sea Oaks is a lovely place to stay. The house feels like a home and is supplied with everything you need. Our small dog loved it too - especially being permitted in the house. Grey River beach is private and special. Mobile reception is absent (no problem with that). TV reception a bit intermittent. This makes book reading and DVD's a great option. We hope to return soon. The house is lovely and the location beautiful ... possibly the most relaxed we've felt in years. Our dog Rosie had the best time ever and is campaigning for a move to the beach. Thanks so much for a great week. What a beautiful house! We stayed for 5 nights and it was bliss. Couches big enough to lose ourselves in, a large deck to enjoy the sun and #file_links[D:\keywords4.txt,1,S] beautiful bush and beach surroundings. Excellent kitchen with a well stocked pantry and overall a house I'd love to come back to very soon. Thank you, cheap ugg, Lyn & Bruce, we were sorry to have to leave! A warm, friendly house with everything we could need for a great holiday, and our dog certainly was welcome. Great views from the wonderful large windows, and location - in winter our own private beach. We also enjoyed the environmentally sustainable practices used in the water recycling and gardens and learnt a lot from the set up here!(an added bonus) We will certainly return. My husband, two dogs and myself had the great pleasure of staying at Sea Oaks over this weekend and Had an amazingly relaxing time. Great views, great beach walks and amazing wildlife in surrounding bush. Highly reccomend Sea Oaks as a weekender or long term holiday stay. Thank you to Lyn and Bruce for providing us with a great place to stay and come back too. Mell and Sean, Missy and Duchess Lovely home to get away and explore the region, definately will be back and recommend, our dog's loved it too. Geoff & Carol. Wonderful place to stay, would recommend it, as it was close to the beach, very clean and had everything we neeeded. The only thing that would improve it would be a fence around the property, its a little close to a busy road, therefore a worry for people with pets or children. What a wonderful house! Fantastic location, just across the road from the beach. Good views from the deck as well. Our dogs had an absolute ball and so did the kids. We will definately be coming back to stay again. We had a great time at Sea Oaks. We loved being so close to the beach, only 2 minutes walk, and that we just about were the only ones there. We will definatly be back! we have stayed at Sea Oaks on 3 occassions and have enjoyed our experience each time. The Owner Lynne is always prompt and accomodating with our needs. I would highly recommend the property as it is always clean and well maintained. The location speaks for itself. a repeat visit to one of our favourite places in the world! love everything about it. Lindy and Gordon Really enjoyed our stay, house was clean, fully equipped and in a nice quiet location. We had a beautiful stay there, place was immaculate, very spacious the pictures do not do the justice. We have loved the view and tranquility and koalas. love to come back again. Lovely house and location. The weather was cold and wet which was not what we expected in Feb but what better way to spend it than enjoying the lovely house, comfy couch, ocean views and a good book. We thoroughly enjoy #file_links[D:\keywords5.txt,1,S] ed our stay and would highly recommend to others.Seaoaks is a great place to get away from it all. In between Lorne and Apollo Bay, but without the 'hustle bustle'of a town, the location promotes relaxation and truly getting away from it all. A glass of vino on the deck enjoying the sea Bass Straight views, or sitting on the edge of the backyard forest at dusk and just enjoying the solitude - we found Seaoaks a place to regenerate. A highlight for us while on the deck was observing the commotion of a pair of Magpie Larks, followed by a low-flying view of a Wedge-tailed Eagle and then its mate. WOW! Monentary, but memorable and something we will always remember about our visit to Seaoaks. Nothing disappointed, beautiful house, great position and may we recommend, just a few km's back towards Lorne the Wye River Hotel for an excellent meal. Great property, great location, private, secluded yet no far from civilisation . Very comforatable home makes for an excellent relaxing break. Wonderful tast #file_links[D:\keywords3.txt,1,S] eful retreat. Private wild beach rocks to explore right across the road. We even encountered an echnida walking across the track leading to the beach. Would highly recommend to couples or small families who prefer their holidays away from crowds and shops. Great house for relaxing, superb access to beaches for walking. We cooked up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen and I went no further than the beach across the road. What an amazing weekend! Pure rest and recouperation (and that's with 2 young boys). Sea oaks provides the ultimate in 'home away from home' with plenty of beutiful views, wild life and beach for all to enjoy. Have already booked our next visit and there will be many more after that. Big thumbs up from our boys and us! Thankyou. Spent a lovely few relaxing days and saw a range of weather from storms to sunshine. A great spot with beautiful accomodation. The pictures don't do it justice. Hope to return soon We loved the house and the secluded location. Had a visit from a King Parrot and also a koala! the couches really are spectacularly comfortable, and the kitchen really well stocked - a bonus for a keen cook. thanks Lyn and Bruce, we will be back.Lindy and Gordon The pictures of this place look great you say....Well looking back at them now I can say they dont do the place justice! Lynn, update your photos, you have an amazing place. Warm, modern and felt like home with that sea side feel to it. The house is so comfortably furnished. There were a few rainy nights that we were (7 of us) warm and cosy on those giant couches watching movies.Great endless backyard with its own forest. Wildlife galore! Great views! Sharon love the kitchen and couldnt believe how fully equiped it was. I loved your decking that looked out to the horizon. Sitting out there at night watching the moon on the water was a great way to end the day.We love your home and highly recommend it. 5 Star in our eyes.Sharon, Lawrence, Melissa, Josh, Stefan, Zach and Zoe WOW, What an amazing place, minutes walk to the beach, breathtaking views, and a home away from home, the couches are truly to die for, a truly amazing place to stay and already planning our next visit, thank you lyn & bruce for allowing us into ur beautiful home. We have visited Sea Oaks on 2 occasions June and August 2007. We found the photos did not do the house justice. It was extremely roomy, spotlessly clean and the whole house has a warm and inviting feel. Great Views, beach across the road and a beautiful location. Peaceful and Tranquil.Highly recommend to couples wanting privacy and also small families wanting to get away. We have stayed at Sea Oaks on 2 occasions June & August 2007 and have loved it each time. The Photos do not do the house justice. It is suprisingly bigger than we had anticipated. Spotlessly clean, roomy and well appointed. Peaceful and Tranquil. Great for a weekend get away and amenties available for a longer break. We would highly recommend to couples and small families. Beach, Views it has it all. Janine & Andrew My partner and I enjoyed our weekend away at this hide away. Everything was fairly new and the couches were huge and very comfy! My advice is to bring DVDs as the TV reception is limited in the area. But otherwise views of the balcony was amazing. Very relaxing. I would go there again :) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Oaks - the beach is close and the bush is closer - 6 koalas counted within 50 metres of the back of the house and lots of brightly color parrots. The house is in perfect condition and the location is private yet within easy reach of Apollo Bay.
